GTP II

This document is the Growth and Transformation Plan II (GTP II) of Ethiopia, which outlines the country’s development objectives and strategies for the period 2015/16-2019/20. The main goals of the plan are to sustain the high economic growth, achieve the lower middle-income status by 2025, and build a climate resilient green economy. The plan covers various sectors and cross-cutting issues, such as macroeconomic policy, infrastructure, industry, agriculture, social services, good governance, and environment. The plan also identifies the opportunities, threats, and risk management strategies for its successful implementation.
