Addis Ababa Action Agenda

This document outlines Ethiopia’s ambitious goals to sustain rapid growth, end poverty, and achieve sustainable development by 2025. It emphasizes the importance of the Addis Ababa Action Agenda (AAAA) in achieving these goals and highlights the need for increased financing through domestic and foreign resources. The study identifies priority areas for intervention, such as enhancing domestic resource mobilization, attracting international private finance, and leveraging non-state resources through public-private partnerships. It also discusses the challenges in tax revenue, financial sector coverage, and the implementation of public-private partnerships, and provides a roadmap for effective implementation and monitoring of the AAAA.
